This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use data as well as what data that might be when you use our app (Recurlog). By accessing and using the app, the terms of this Privacy Policy will automatically apply to you.

Data Collection and Use

Recurlog does not collect any user provided data or personal data but may collect non-personally identifiable data automatically when you use our app, using trusted third party services. Collected data includes device identifiers, details about how you interact with the app, device information, device state and stack traces.

Third party services used by Recurlog are provided by Google’s Firebase. More information on how Google handles the data at their end can be found here and here.

Analytics

Recurlog may collect information about the way you use the app. We use this data to improve the app. The data collected cannot be used to personally identify you. We only have access to aggregated usage data. We use Google Analytics for Firebase for this purpose.

Types of Data collected: Device identifiers such as Android instance Id and data describing your basic interactions with the app. We use Google Analytics for Firebase in the default mode and do not send any additional data. We have also disabled collection of Android Advertising ID which would give us access to your demographics (gender, age etc) and interests data when enabled. Crash Reports

If the app crashes while you are using it, data about the crash may be collected to help us identify the cause of the crash and hopefully fix it in a future update. Recurlog uses Firebase Crashlytics for this purpose.

Types of Data collected: Device information, device state and stack traces. We use Firebase Crashlytics in the default mode and do not send any additional data. More information about the type of data collected can be found here.

Opting out from Data Collection

You can opt-out from data collection for both Analytics and Crash Reports from the app Settings.

Disclosure of information

  • As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process.
  • With third party services listed in this document.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately, after they are posted on this page.
